LOVE Island All Stars has been thrown into chaos after a show legend pulled out of the programme days before the cast fly out to South Africa.
Bosses are said to be gutted as they were "desperate" to get the feisty star, 33, into the villa, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
Pharmacist Anna Vakili found fame on Love Island's 2019 series, entering the ITV2 programme on day one.
A source has now told The Sun: "Love Island producers were hell bent on getting Anna for the All Stars series as she was part of the one of the highest rated series of the show ever, and viewers will never forget her blazing row with fellow islander Jordan Hames.
"She was guaranteed to bring the drama, which is just what this series is all about.
“Anna went in for a string of meetings and even got as far as booking the medical all islanders have to take before entering the villa, but then at the last minute had a change of heart.

"She'll always be grateful for her Love Island changed her life, but feels like you can't repeat history.
"She has a lot going on, especially with her hit podcast, so decided to focus on that instead."
The move comes as a real blow to bosses, as the cast are due to fly out just after Christmas.
ITV declined to comment when contacted by The Sun.

Meanwhile, a host of former Islanders have re-vamped their look following rumours they are joining the spin-off series.
Michael Griffiths recently showcased his ripped look while Megan Barton Hanson struck a classy pose in what looked to be headshot images for a new project.
The Sun exclusively revealed that the cast of well-known island favourites began shooting their top-secret introduction videos recently.
The likes of Georgia Steel, 25, 'Messy' Mitch Taylor, 27 and Paige Thorne, 26, are also some of the names in the mix on the rumoured cast list.
ITV are keen to keep the confirmed names under wraps until the big reveal in the New Year.
