I'M A Celeb star Fred Sirieix has revealed that he lost half a stone in weight during his time in the jungle.
The TV chef, 51, shared a photo of him standing on an electronic scale, with a reading of 73.8kg, which is around 11.6 stone.
Fred said the low calorie diet of rice and beans really took a toll on his body, but revealed his incredible daily exercise routine that kept him in shape.
Alongside the post, he wrote: "Back training today for the first time since I got out from the jungle.
"While I was in there I trained everyday for 20 mins. Basic stuff - 301 push ups 100 squats, 100 reverse squats. A set on the minute for 20 minutes.
"The low calorie diet of rice and beans really takes its toll on the body after a while.

"We were all getting smaller by the day.
"I lost quite a bit of weight but not as much as I would have done if I did not exercise.
"Keeping active and staying strong never made more sense."
Fred then explained that his stomach began to shrink in the jungle - meaning he's now eating less as a result.

He said: "But today was hard. I pushed through. I know what I need to do - build my muscles up again.
"It will take a little time. I’m still about 73.8kgs which is 3kgs less than when I left for Australia.
"The stomach shrinks to cope with hunger and so now I eat much less as a result.
"Oh! And I just found out I was Torso of the week. Well that made me happy.
"It took me back to the time when I was a teenager. I was very skinny. Not really attractive. I knew it. I felt it. It was embarrassing me at times.
"It was not easy to work through the lack of confidence associated with a negative body image.
"But I did it. Anyway here I am. Talking to my young self. And now I’m TORSO OF THE WEEK.
"None of this means anything really. What matters is - are you happy?"
Fred caused a stir in the jungle after he clashed with Josie Gibson after she became to new camp chef, with Tony Bellew as sous chef.
But it looks like the First Dates star was keen to drag up an old argument after he whipped up a dish of curried goat and took it as the perfect opportunity to make a dig at boxer Tony.
Sharing a video of his hearty dinner, Fred told followers: "Here we go, the first thing I'm cooking that's fresh out of the jungle is curried goat.
"It's ready to braise now for a few hours.
"Two scotch bonnets, loads of thyme and yes there may well be a couple of stock cubes in there - I couldn't help myself, we need the flavour."
Back in the jungle, the championship boxer was furious with Fred after he accidentally threw a stock cube into the fire.
It wound Tony up so much that he refused to eat the rice without the stock cube.
He said in The Bush Telegraph: "Fred has thrown it away.
"Inside of me, that really annoyed me."
At the time, Fred admitted: "I threw the stock cube on the fire. I threw the stock cube on the fire!"
At first, Tony thought it was a joke, he said: "You're really not joking? It's not. That's a killer. I don't eat the rice without it."
