This festive edition of Doctor Who will air on Christmas Day.

The episode is called the Church on Ruby Road.

Has the Doctor Who Christmas Special 2023 trailer been released?

A first look trailer dropped in mid-December and shows the 15th doctor and his new sidekick Ruby meet for the first time.

It opens with them dancing in a nightclub and quickly moves to the Time Lord jumping across rooftops.

Fans then see him introduce himself to Ruby as "the Doctor", before they end up on a pirate ship in the sky filled with goblins.
