Sharing a snap showing off her stunning ring, she wrote: "7 years ago today I said 'I do!'

"I love you @i_smarticus, Happy anniversary! Maybe we should walk down that aisle one day soon?!

"Although if the truth be known I couldn’t feel more connected.
Happy 7 years being engaged and committed like a MF."

While many of Lisa's followers were quick to send messages of congratulations, some weren't as positive.

One wrote: "A 7 year engagement is actually ridiculous."

But Lisa - who made her debut as a main host on This Morning last week - didn't hold back with her response.

She said: "Why? We are happy. Don't need a certificate to prove our love."

Lisa recently sent fans wild as she showed off her age-defying figure during a luxury Caribbean cruise with pals.

She looked sensational as she posed in on the beach in a black and white striped bikini.

It came after Lisa opened up about her experience with peri-menopause.

Just Getting Started: Lessons In Life, Love and Menopause she admits that the weight gain that comes with the process isn't "easy on the ego".

"For me, the weight gain felt like it came out of nowhere," she writes.

"In my head, I didn’t think I had changed what I was eating (that’s perhaps the first little white lie I have told you, because maybe, looking back, I was drinking and eating more than I had previously).

"Feeling bigger affected my confidence massively and made me feel out of sorts and disconnected from myself.

"In all honesty, I felt a little disappointed with myself, too."
