STRICTLY Come Dancing fans were left in tears tonight as Amy Dowden made an epic return to the show.
Pro dancer Amy, 33, finished chemotherapy treatment last month following a battle with breast cancer.
But the crestfallen star recently told fans she was rushed to hospital and diagnosed with a blood clot on the lung.
It looks like she's recovered, though, as the Welsh beauty made a surprise appearance during the grand finale's opening number.
Amy looked stunning in an asymmetrical white gown with a black ruffled sleeve as she hit the ballroom floor.
BBC One viewers went wild on X, formerly Twitter, with one writing, "Look at Amy, what a triumph! Crying again."

Another added, "Cried the moment I saw Amy in the opening dance, so so special."
The TV personality later changed into a blue dress and blonde wig as she was seen in the background of the Clauditorium.
Amy, who also lives with Crohn's Disease, was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer in May.

She underwent a full mastectomy before having chemotherapy and was also found to have had blood clots in the summer.
Despite her myriad setbacks, Amy rang the bell at her hospital three weeks ago to signal the end of her cancer treatment, and she had hoped to dance on Strictly in some capacity before the end of the year.
However, a newly-fractured foot meant that dream was shattered and her big comeback will have to wait a little longer.
She said: "Absolutely gutted and heartbroken as this means the plans for me to dance in the Strictly Ballroom this year are no longer possible.
"This is what has kept me going the past few months. 2023 is certainly not my year, roll on 2024 I say!"
