I’m A Celeb stars reunite for a drink after jungle – but fans are distracted by surprising detail in the background

I'M A Celebrity legends Andy Whyment and Shaun Ryder left fans delighted after proving their friendship is still going string after life in the camp.

The two pals forged a connection when they filmed the All Star edition of the programme in South Africa last year.

Before that, both had appeared as runners-up in their own editions of the show with Shaun coming second to Stacey Solomon in 2010 and Andy narrowly missing out on the top spot in 2019 when Jacqueline Jossa took the crown.

They proved to be a dynamic duo when they spent time together in the South African jungle and have continued to keep their friendship bubbling on the outside world.

Shaun and Andy were both left stunned after realising they both grew up in the same area of Salford and attended the same school during their childhood in a memorable scene from the ITV reality show.

At 61, Shaun would have attended the school much earlier than Andy, 42, but it allowed the pair a chance to bond while starving during a a particualrly difficult jungle stint.

Now, they were all smiles as they enjoyed a "Christmas catch-up" with one another at the plush Albert's in leafy Worsley, Salford.

Andy insisted it was ";great to see" Shaun as he referred to him as a "legend".

Whilst the Coronation Street actor's followers were quick to share their love for the duo, many were left rather distracted after 'seeing' one of Andy's co-stars.

In the background of the photo, a woman who bore a striking resemblance to Sue Nicholls who plays Audrey Roberts on the ITV soap could be seen enjoying a meal.

Dressed in typical Audrey attire, you would be forgiven for believing it was the soap legend herself.

Commenting on the doppelganger, one fan penned: "Did anyone else think that was Audrey in the background?"

Someone else said: "I was literally about to comment the same."

A third then wrote: "Thought that was Audrey in the background."

Elsewhere, another fan declared the duo: "Manchester's best!"

As another added: "Great photo of you both."
