I’m A Celeb star Fred Sirieix cuts back his own salary by MILLIONS as his five figure pay cheque is revealed
FIRST Dates host Fred Sirieix has served himself a massive pay cut, The Sun Online can exclusively reveal.
The I'm a Celebrity star had paid himself a fortune of £2.3m in 2022.
But this year he authorised a dividend of just £90,000 from his customer service company, The Art Of Service Ltd. Similarly, the French-born restaurant maître d’ paid himself just £100,000 in 2021.
But despite his £90,000 pay, accounts filed this week to Companies House show cash reserves of £1.4m for 2023 - up from £739,542 in 2022. He’ll pay a Corporation Tax bill of £51,084.
Fred, who is also the face of Million Pound Menu, set up the service with the aim of training those in the hospitality industry.

"The focus is on the people in your business – how they perform, learn and represent what you and your business stand for," it states.
Fred has now landed back in the UK following his recent stint on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!.
Although his pay check for the show was never confirmed, he is rumoured to have pocketed £150,000 for his appearance in the jungle.
This places Fred at the higher end of the pay scale. YouTuber Nella Rose was believed to have received £40,000 while politician Nigel Farage became the highest ever paid IAC star with a rumoured £1.5million.
During his time on I'm A Celebrity, Fred fell out with some of the camp over cooking duties.
His biggest row was with This Morning's Josie Gibson, however he has since tried to resolve their feud.
Speaking from the Marriott Hotel in Queensland after being evicted, the Frenchman conceded: “I am going to get a b******ing from my mum.
"I am not looking forward to it but there is nothing I can do.
“It wasn’t meant in an offending way or a bad way or in a sexist way — I want to emphasise that. I am not sexist and I am not mean.
"In hindsight, I should have just let her get on with it. I should have just sat back. I think she is a lovely girl.”
He said their budding friendship was not shown on screen.
Asked if he would apologise to Josie, First Dates star Fred said: “If she was offended, of course I will apologise.”
The feud certainly hasn't knocked Fred's spirit, judging by photos of him on the plane home to London with his fiancée Fruitcake.
Fred and Fruitcake were full of smiles as they made the first leg of their journey in the luxury of business class.
