JAMIE Lynn Spears' emotional note to Ant and Dec after her shock exit from I'm A Celebrity has been revealed.
The 32-year-old, who is Britney Spears' younger sister, shocked viewers when she quit the ITV show on medical grounds.
Jamie was very emotional in the first few days of being in camp, but soon seemed to settle down when she found her feet.
However the actress decided to call it quits shortly after her campmate Grace Dent left.
Now having been back in the US for a number of weeks, the star took to Instagram to share a sweet post of her time on I'm A Celebrity.
Jamie said: "This girl had noooooo clue what she was about to walk into, but THANK GOODNESS she did, bc she walked out of the jungle with a whole new group of life long friends!

"Thankful to all the crew, producers, @itv & @antanddec for such an impressive production, and sooooooo proud of all my camp mates for making the jungle their biatch👏🏻👏🏻

Her new found pal Nella Rose commented: "Love you sissy."
Jamie replied: "miss you and love you!!!! So proud of you!"

After the news broke that she had quit, a show spokesperson said: "Jamie Lynn Spears has left I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! on medical grounds.
"She's been a fantastic campmate who has triumphed at trials and bonded well with her fellow celebrities."
Her exit will be explained on tonight's episode of The Coming Out Show.
Jamie will reveal her surprising move after making ‘lifelong friends’ on the programme.
She opens up on her experience in tonight’s spin-off show I’m A Celebrity…Coming Out.
Elsewhere she discusses why she decided to expose her famous family, including superstar sister Britney Spears.
An insider said: “It’s a real insight into Jamie’s thinking around talking about Britney.
“She says that she felt as her campmates were all sharing, she should too.”
