Helen, wrote a lengthy post to Instagram where she bashed those who "mum-shame" her and insisted she is a "good mum".

The actress looked stunning in a variety of lingerie, as she swiped at social media users who shame the way she dresses.

Helen explained her thoughts in the caption, writing: "Here’s a question... Why is mum shaming a thing but dad shaming isn’t?"

She went on to say: "I’ve always been and will always be such a good mum. It’s the most important job I’ve ever done! But I’m also a woman, and it’s been a tumultuous year and honestly, I’m just learning to look after myself and have fun along the way."

Helen also praised wearing lingerie, adding "lingerie always makes me feel confident and sexy."

She reflected on "reconnecting" and "finding" herself again and admitted that she currently feels "the best" she has ever felt.

However, Helen also didn't fail to call out her haters, pointing out: "But each time I post I get flooded with messages calling me a bad mum or saying mums shouldn’t look or dress or behave like this.

"But why? Why do we have this old fashioned idea of how mums should look and dress and behave?
