The boxer bared his bum as he stripped out of his underwear after getting covered in guts in the stomach churning bushtucker trial.

Tony, 41, was unimpressed after having various bits of offal dumped in him during the Critter Mixer trial.

"I've got organs up my a**e" he moaned to Ant and Dec, who were in hysterics over his reactions.

After returning to camp with Nick Pickard and Marvin Humes with an impressive six out of seven stars, Tony still wasn't happy until he got it all washed off.

Sam followed his idol Tony to the showers in a bid to cheer him up, but got more than he bargained for when Tony took his boxers off.
