Eagle-eyed I’m A Celebrity fans convinced Fred Sirieix is ‘fuming’ after jungle axe

I'M A Celebrity viewers claim Fred Sirieix was secretly fuming about his elimination from the jungle last night.

The First Dates star was the third campmate to leave by public vote and the fifth overall following Grace Dent and Jamie Lynn Spears' exits due to medical reasons.

While externally Fred took the result graciously, many were convinced he looked dejected.

One commented on X: "Fred is absolutely fuming he’s out."

Another said: "Fred’s proper fuming he’s gone."

A third wrote: "I know Fred is fuming he left before Farage."

A fourth said: "Fred definitely fuming on the inside."

Show hosts Ant and Dec whittled the contestants down to Fred and EastEnders star Danielle Harold as they delivered the vote result.

After hearing his name, Fred made his way out of the camp while being cheered on by his fellow stars.

"It's like another life really," Fred said as he reflected on his time in the jungle.

"I found it quite easy because I really prepared myself mentally," he added. "When I did the challenges I found it quite easily actually because I was very focused."

When quizzed about his reluctance to let Josie Gibson cook in camp, he explained: "Yeah, because she doesn't know what she does in the kitchen, she just makes it up as she goes along."

Fred claimed she didn't plan the meals well enough so they had enough leftovers.

He added: "You really need the calories, I think we missed out on a good few meals."

Asked about his tricky relationship with Nigel Farage, Fred claimed he hadn't changed his opinion on the politician.

He revealed: "It was great in the camp because Nigel is a doer and I am a doer, but there is a side of Nigel Farage that I cannot connect with and will never connect with."
