ITV bosses eyeing up Tony Bellew and Sam Thompson for spin-off show after pair’s ‘unlikely friendship’

ITV bosses want to give Tony Bellew and Sam Thompson their own show off the back of their jungle bromance.

A source said telly chiefs were “fascinated” with the pair’s “unlikely friendship”.

Made In Chelsea’s Sam, 31, has flung himself at boxer Tony, 40, and many viewers are convinced the older man “hates” the eager reality star.

It has made for hilarious scenes as Sam tries to check his enthusiasm around tough guy Tony.

A source said: “The jungle always brews up unlikely friendships and bromances but we’ve not seen one like Sam and Tony’s before.

“What started off as annoyance is clearly now morphing into something more brotherly and it makes for great telly.

“Execs are brainstorming ideas but they want to look at something like a travel show.”

ITV has form for creating spin-offs from reality formats.
