The latest episode from the jungle aired on Sunday night as Grace Dent sported a grey and downbeat complexion.
It's led I'm A Celeb fans to worry for her health as they expressed their concern for the food critic.
Writing on social media, one fan said of the 50-year-old: "Is Grace okay?? Sis isn’t even doing any trials and looks like she’s struggling."
A second questioned: "Do you think Grace will make it through the entire series without fully decaying?"

"Grace looks like she's on the edge of a breakdown, she looks ill," said a third.
While a fourth commented: "Grace just looks done in all the time."
Grace was previously blasted by fans after she branded her fellow camp mate Sam Thompson as 'fake'.
It came after the former Made in Chelsea star farted in camp, which left both Grace and Jamie Lynn Spears unimpressed.

"I think Sam comes across as childlike but I have a sneaking suspicion that Sam is one of the most intelligent people in here."
