I'M A Celeb viewers were quick to criticize the show's Bushtucker trial, labeling it as 'dangerous' and 'unhygienic' during tonight's episode.
When former Boxer Tony Bellew, 40, and jockey player Frankie Dettori, 52, arrived late to the jungle, they were immediately thrust into the challenging and intense trials.
In a surprising twist, they were tasked with carrying pig's testicles in their mouths for the "Don't Drop The Ball" challenge.
Competing head-to-head, they faced the task of moving the raw body parts from one end of the track to the other.
They did it while conquering a variety of obstacles.
Frankie ended up winning the challenge.

But fans were left disgusted by the gruesome challenge, with many labelling it 'unhygienic' and 'dangerous' to the contestant's health.
Taking to X/Twitter, one wrote: "Putting animal balls raw in their mouths is biggest violation known to man'.
Another added: "They’re eating raw meat? Will they not die? Is this for money? I can’t sorry."
A third penned: "That is just grim! Are they going to be ok?"
