Dr Alex George looks unrecognisable from Love Island as he strips topless to show incredible weight loss and new look
LOVE Island fan-favourite Alex George stripped topless to show off his incredible weight loss and new look.
The NHS medic, 32 - who failed to find lasting love on the ITV2 matchmaking series - took to his Instagram page for a new video.
Alex addressed the question: "Do I regret going on Love Island?" as he delighted fans with his Get Ready With Me-style video.
It began with the Love Island alumni - who starred in the 2018 season - flashing his abs as he pulled a pair of black trousers over his designer boxer shorts.
He then gave a glimpse of his gym-honed biceps and arm tattoo as he grabbed a white T-Shirt from his bed to complete the smart-casual look.
The reality TV star also revealed his new moustache and beard, with his brunette hair in a floppy style.

He told followers if he hadn't starred on Love Island he "wouldn't be able to do the things I do right now, which I am really passionate about."
Shortly after his TV stint, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson appointed Alex as a Youth Mental Health Ambassador.
He is using his clinical expertise and personal experience to help shape policy on improving support for young people.
One fan was quick to write in the comments section: "I think the nation and their mental health can whole heartedly say that we are very happy that you went on Love Island."
A second added: "You were fab on Love Island…and still fab now!
"You are amazing at raising awareness about the most important issues….keep being amazing and fab."
Alex recently revealed his new shape online after ditching booze.
Back in August, Alex said he had overhauled his lifestyle after finding himself in a really "dark" and "bad place" last year.
Alex - who tragically lost his younger brother Llyr after he took his own life in July 2020 - heartbreakingly confessed that he "didn't want to be here anymore", saying his mental and physical health was in an "awful place".
Alongside a series of photos posted this summer, Alex went on to reveal that he has quit alcohol in a bid to banish the feeling of "numbness" it provided.
He continued: "So I decided to walk, or stomp as I like to call it, outside in nature.
"These were my literal first steps towards recovery and The Stomp podcast was born.
"As I fell back in love with exercise, I realised that there was one thing I’d need to let go of, if I was going to get my health back on track, alcohol.
"So on the 4th of December last year I quit alcohol. And never looked back.
"Stopping drinking and losing the numbness it provided, meant I had to feel. And it was only then the healing could begin."
