Fans were left raging over Nigel Farage's participation and a cheeky joke about Sunderland from hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly.

So far, the presenters have made some digs about right-wing politics, which hasn't gone down well with viewers either.

Despite being only three episodes in, 103 fans have vented their frustration to the broadcasting regulator.

Newcastle-natives Ant and Dec took a stance in the Tyne–Wear derby football rivalry, comparing the "barren, hostile" outback to Sunderland, just seconds into the series premiere.

They've also mocked the viewership of conservative news channel GB News, on which Nigel has his own programme, regularly giving shoutouts to "Keith and Linda".

It's not the first time this week that I'm A Celeb fans have protested to Ofcom - .

Some fans slammed the "disgusting, traumatising moment" after it aired.

The ex-politician was caught on camera with his  as he went for a wash.

Nigel was spotted by his startled campmate Josie Gibson who gasped: "Frickin' hell!"

One viewer wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter: "NO! NO! NOOOOOO! Phoning Ofcom."

Another insisted: "Please ensure ITV have trigger warnings when I’m witnessing Nigel in the shower thank you. I will be invoicing my therapy bill."

Someone else shouted: "WHY DID I JUST SEE NIGEL FARAGES A**E CHEEKS? OFCOM WILL BE HEARING ABOUT THIS."

A viewer added: "i need to report Farage’s bare ass on prime time tv to Ofcom. I could've lived the rest of my life without seeing that."

Another said: "OFCOM will be hearing from me after that shower scene!!!!"
