BBC Breakfast star reveals surprising off-camera secrets and ‘troublesome’ co-stars in candid post
BBC Breakfast star Ben Boulos has shared some surprising behind the scenes secrets from the popular morning show.
The TV star took to Instagram to share a snap of him and his beloved co-stars as he confessed what they really get up to when the camera is not on them.
In the pic, a smart looking Ben beamed into the camera alongside BBC Breakfast favourite Carol Kirkwood as well as sport presenter John Watson.
He jokingly referred to the clan as the "troublesome trio" before telling his fans exactly what they were doing off set and it involved a much-needed catch-up and a natter.
Writing on Instagram, Ben penned: "It’s your @bbcbreakfast Troublesome Trio.
"Moments after we’ve done business, weather and sport in the 6am headlines we dart out of the studio while @jonkay01 & @sallynugenttv are diligently starting the programme."

Ben's suited and booted business attire is a far cry from the get-up he was seen sporting on a recent night out.
He impressed fans as he reunited with another co-star, this time Ben Thompson, 42, for a fun-filled night out in London where the drinks were flowing.
Former BBC colleague Victoria Valentine, 39, also joined the pair as they let their hair down for the outing.
