MARRIED At First Sight UK star Luke Worley has shed two stone ahead of a fight with his bitter rival Jordan Gayle.
The E4 star was axed from the marriage experiment after hitting Jordan during a row.
At the time, Jordan claimed he was scared of violence due to childhood trauma.
The personal trainer has now challenged Luke to a boxing match and his former co-star has agreed to enter the ring.
He showed fans his progress after hitting the gym, and said: "Coming off MAFS I was 205lbs, Now I’m 183lbs.
"22lbs lost - Getting match fit…and then ready for a much needed holiday."

His followers showed their support including his co-star Thomas Hartley who said: "Proud of you brother!"
Another fan penned: "Looking absolutely amazing Luke smashing it well done you should be so proud."
Luke and Jordan are scheduled to have a fight in February.
In Whatsapp messages shared online, Jordan told him: "Message me privately @Luke to start talking about planning the boxing to make it happen soon.

Luke wrote over the top of the screen shots: "Bingo, here is Jordan who says he is scared of violence due to his past..."
And Luke added: "Let’s get this over the line because I can’t think of anything better than putting this p***k asleep in the ring."
The posts were also shared on Reddit, where Luke replied to one of the comments who had told him to “stop trying to stay relevant.”
Luke replied saying: “I knew for a fact he used that as an excuse so I was removed, he told another groom he was going to do it.
"Also, the time going to his door was planned by producers, hence why there was a camera crew in his room waiting for me to turn up.
“Also if I was trying to stay relevant I wouldn’t be arguing with a bloke who has a tiny following and is hated.”
