I'm A Celeb star Amy Willerton was best known for her jungle romance with Joey Essex.

The 31-year-old former Miss Great Britain now has a very different career - living a 'hippy' lifestyle in Ibiza.

Amy appeared on the competition series in 2013 and finished in fifth place.

She recently took to Instagram to give fans an update writing: "I’ve been dying. Dying so I can birth a new version of myself. Letting go of everything I was before."

She went on to add: "Something felt off. A lot of things in my world didn’t make sense to my heart and I felt the insatiable need to pull away and find something that I truly believed in.

"I ended up in Ibiza. Where I went on a search for who Amy was. To do that I had to leave everything and everyone behind.

"Through my body I started rediscovering myself through stretching and dance. I started learning to move energy and shift emotions through my body.

"I learnt to do handstands and started painting. I started sitting in the sun reading books about elongated skulls and mystical theories about the ancient world.

"If you chose to follow me from back in the TV days of ‘I’m a celeb’ you’ve probably met many versions of Amy since then. And I’m sure there are more to come."

Amy and Joey, 33, had a very short lived romance after meeting on the hit show.

The Sun previously revealed that Joey and Amy couldn’t resist each other even when on the flight back to the UK.

Joey said: “Seven hours into the Emirates flight, we crept out of our seats and went up different aisles to the toilets.

“Once we got inside we stood in there kissing passionately for what seemed like ages."

Amy shares a three-year-old daughter with her ex fiance, Daniel, 29, who she got into a relationship with two years after the show.

The pair who have been dating since 2015 split up last year and are now co-parenting.
