The shorter crop makes the doctor, 24, look very different indeed.

He posed in a vest and neckerchief as he took a snap for social media.

Matty has gone for a short choppy cut and had his curly mullet completely hacked off.

"New hair" he captioned the snap. "Bring on the BB final."

He then showed off his new look as he posed with fellow housemates Chanelle Bowen and Tom Bryant at the Big Brother studio.

His transformation comes as Matty opened up to The Sun about how he almost QUIT the show on several occasions.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Matty said: "I wanted to quit a good few times when it felt like there was a mean girl group developing at the start and I felt like 'I'm over this, I'm going to walk'.

"And I was getting to the breaking point with Jordan and it was just hot and cold every two days and it was just really wearing me down.

"And then the day of the seven minutes in heaven and the letters from home - I was ready to walk then.

"But I got evicted, so it all worked out in the end."

Matty said he reached out to welfare during those tough times and production helped support him, ultimately leading to him changing his mind and continuing with the process.

He said: "I wouldn't have been able to do this show without the production - this is the first show I've ever been on but it honestly feels incredible.

"You feel so supported, whenever you're feeling down, the welfare team really looks after you."
