The pair share an incredible Essex mansion and Olivia recently revealed their one-year-old son's nursery transformation.

She told fan she was "crying" as she switched his crib for a toddler bed.

Yet fans have taken issue with the latter furniture, which is nestled at the side of the bedroom next to a jungle-themed wall mural.

The mum-shaming came after Olivia had already reassured her Instagram followers she had purchased "side guards" for the wooden beds.

One follower took to Olivia's home renovation account to write: "I believe you aren’t meant to beds against the wall?

"It’s a safety hazard. There’s sadly been a few children die because they have got trapped between the bed and the wall."

Another put: "I second this!! I’ve heard some real tragic stories of toddlers rolling over in a deep sleep and suffocating themselves between the bed and wall.

"I don’t know what an appropriate sized gap is, I just know there should be a gap between the wall and bed xx"

"Used to break my heart to see her lying there but then she got used to staying in her bed."

A follower then defended Olivia and claimed: "If she had it away from wall, people would comment child could fall and one wrong placed fall can kill a child …there is nothing that will be ‘correct’," followed by a rolling-eye Emoji.

Talking of her passion for interiors, Olivia exclusively told us: "So I studied interior design whilst I was in lock down, I took a few courses online.

"And then it just turned into something that I just absolutely adore.

"So, yeah, that's something that, I'm gonna continue to do."

She added: "We still do a lots of renovations of the house and, we own a couple of properties that we renovate and do up, so it's part of my life, which I absolutely love."

When asked if interior design was something that she did to take out time for herself, Olivia confessed: "This is the thing, like some people will take time and read a book or some people go for a walk.

"It just depends on what fills your cup. Do you know what I mean?

"For me - like painting, I love, it just really depends on you as a person, but anything can be me-time, anything can be self care."
