LOVE Island fans are calling for Maura Higgins to host The Games after she called out Eyal Booker in a "desperately awkward" moment.
In a clip shared to Twitter by U.S. streaming service Peacock, social host Maura, 32, stirred the pot during a group challenge with the cast.

Many Brits have forgotten that the Eyal, 28, had a fling with Megan Barton Hanson, 29, during their first stint on the show in 2018.
The explosive couple actually had sex while sharing a night together in the Hideaway, and were the first to hook up on season four.
Despite their sexual chemistry, Megan went on to dump Eyal with a brutal speech just weeks later, saying: "You’re not exactly Jim Carrey. I can't have fun with myself."
She then got called out for her behaviour in 2020 when US reality star Scott Disick messaged her on Instagram asking her to apologise.

Now, the pair have come face-to-face on The Games spin-off, which is set to air on ITV next year.
While filming the show, the cast seem to have been asked which islander they would be most likely to leave on read.
But when Eyal chose Megan, 2019 finalist Maura was quick to pick him up, asking what his reasons were.
He replied, "Just cause we've pied each other a few times and if there's anyone that I have a tiny bit of bad blood with, I guess it's us two."

Maura then asked, "When was the last time you pied Meghan?"; to which he replied, "Yesterday, in the challenge."
But it soon became apparent that something else had happened between the two, behind the others' backs.
He soon conceded, "Megan pulled me for a chat last night and basically said she wanted to kiss me and I said, 'I'm not gonna kiss you, that's not right, I've just kissed Cely [Vazquez].
"So, I guess I pied her twice yesterday."
Megan was there as the confession was made, but couldn't seem to stop giggling.
Viewers soon began begging for Maura to be made the show's official host, a position held by Maya Jama.
One wrote on Twitter, "Proof if we ever needed it that ITV should’ve picked Maura Higgins as the host of Love Island UK."
Another added, "Oh I need Maura Higgins as the permanent host for whatever."
Someone else agreed, "Maura is so messy omg.. she needs to be the original host."

Megan's currently coupled up with Kyra Green, but that hasn't stopped her head from turning.
She shared a sweet kiss with the American islander on the balcony just a night ago, but she soon made the flirty comment to Eyal.
