Miranda’s Tom Ellis is a dad for the FOURTH time as Tamzin Outhwaite’s ex welcomes baby by surrogate
MIRANDA star Tom Ellis has become a dad for the fourth time.
The actor, who was previously married to EastEnders star Tamzin Outhwaite, shared his joy on Instagram.
Doting dad Tom, 44, and screenwriter wife Meaghan Oppenheimer, 37, revealed their daughter, Dolly Ellis-Oppenheimer, was born on Wednesday.
He then joked that her arrival had brought an end to a months-long actors' strike in the US, writing: Our daughter Dolly Ellis-Oppenheimer was born on November 8th and within five hours of being alive, she single-handedly ended the SAG strike. We love her. Huge thank you to our amazing surrogate."
Tom and Meaghan tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at the Grassini Family Winery in Santa Ynez Valley, California, in 2019.
They began dating in 2015 and announced their engagement in three years later.

The Welshman's marriage to Tamzin took place in Somerset in 2006. They met the year before through their mutual friend James McAvoy.
The former couple have two daughters, Florence, 15, and Marnie, 11. Tom also has a daughter called Nora, 18, from a previous relationship.
The seven year marriage came to an end in 2014, after Tamzin, 53, was left devastated when Tom confessed to a one-night stand while filming Gothica in 2013.
In an interview in 2016, Tamzin hinted Tom's infidelity went beyond "a one night stand".
She said: “I wouldn't not be with my husband over a one-night stand, is all I'll say."
And earlier this year she took aim at her ex's betrayal in a swiftly deleted social media post.
She sniped: “Ten years since the father of my kids walked out on us for the final time. I still meet new people on jobs who reveal more infidelities and lies he committed.
“But thankfully my heart and soul are clear sand clean and I could not be happier right now.”
After removing the post, the former EastEnders star explained: “Thank you all for your messages re my now deleted tweet.I was marking the 10 year anniversary with pride,a feeling of triumph & genuine gratitude.
“I understand it has triggered some people. For anyone struggling, the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself.”
