EastEnders fans demand controversial storyline is axed after ‘sickening’ scenes
EASTENDERS fans are desperate for one storyline to come to an end and have been left begging BBC bosses to "make it stop".
They have grown tired of watching Sonia Fowler's fertility woes on the soap as she tried to fall pregnant with her clumsy boyfriend, Reiss.
Although many fans are happy for the pair on embarking on a baby journey, it seems that the consistent discussion of Sonia's fertility cycle has grown tiring for some.
Over the past few weeks, fans have seen Sonia attend intimate doctor's appointments and discuss her 'womb lining' at length.
It has made many fans take a stand as they have been left sickened and bored to tears over the plot.
Many have already taken to X - formerly Twitter - to hit out at the show's writers and have axed for the storyline to be axed completely.

One EastEnders fan said: “No more details about Sonia's insides.”
Another shared a vomiting emoji as they penned: “Ain’t no one wants to ‘ear about Sonia’s womb lining”
Before a third pleaded and begged: “Please can we stop hearing about Sonia’s fertility, hormones, periods and any other personal bits.”
Sonia, who gave birth to Bex as a teen, has been adamant she wants to become a mother again almost 25 years since she last gave birth.

She and Reiss have begun the process of IVF but in the latest episode, Sonia already appeared to be regretting her decision.
Although pleased at the prospect of a baby, it seemed she was less than thrilled with Reiss' behaviour and wondered if they were a suitable match.
Having told her when to take her medication and how much caffeine to drink, Sonia was left disgruntled and suggested that their plans had actually been ill-timed.
Will Sonia get her happy ever after?
Or will it all come crashing down before its even begun?
