HESTON Blumenthal’s wife had a lucky escape when her £80,000 4x4 vehicle ploughed through another motor’s windscreen.
Melanie Ceysson’s Land Rover Defender was left propped up on two wheels after veering into a row of parked cars just a mile from her home on Wednesday.
The restaurant mogul’s third wife, 36, collided with the row of vehicles after crossing a mini-roundabout in Bray, Berks, trapping her mother inside.
Pictures show her car mounted a silver Nissan Note — while her mum is sitting inside with her daughter’s pet bulldog.
While Melanie, originally from France, managed to free herself through the driver’s door, her mum and dog were trapped inside for more than an hour.
Police and an off-duty firefighter managed to remove both from the wreck uninjured.

The accident happened close to Heston’s Michelin-starred Fat Duck restaurant and the pair’s gated Thames-side mansion.
Sean Fryer, whose £50,000 black BMW X4 suffered suspension damage in the shunt, said he heard a “massive bang” while sat in his kitchen.
He said: “I went outside and there they were in her brand new Defender.
"Her wheel had gone up the side of my car and landed in the windscreen of the car behind.”

But Sean, 47, claimed Melanie instructed the owners of other vehicles involved to speak to her PA.
He went on: “She told me that she had just arrived in the UK the other day.
“She just said, ‘Speak to my PA’.
“I said, ‘I don’t know who you are.
“We’ve just had an accident.
“You’re supposed to take down insurance details’.
“I messaged the PA and he said, ‘I can’t talk right now’.
“I was then told to message another PA and they were really cagey — that’s when I thought it may be somebody famous.”
