Opening up to the camera, Jordan said: "It was really challenging with the whole Luke and Jay situation.
"I just want me and Erica to spend the next couple of days being there for each other."
He added: "We've gone through a really tough period. I feel really emotional.
"I question myself, I'm just careful in looking after myself and trying to avoid putting myself in situations that I might struggle in."

Jordan then visibly got upset and looked down at the floor.
A producer off-camera asked: "Are you alright Jordan?"
Jordan replied: "I have obsessive compulsive disorder so if I get in my own head sometimes I can't let it go and the last thing I would want to do is worry about how it's making me feel or worry about how it's making Erica feel.
"I don't want to lose myself, so I end up pushing Erica away and losing her."
MAFS fans were less than impressed and called Luke and Jordan's altercation 'embarrassing' as they watched security having to step in to separate the two.
Over the past few weeks the pair have been teasing what was going to happen on social media.
In the tense scenes Luke stormed over to Jordan's flat and his wife Jay banged on the door.
Tension rose quickly as Luke stepped inside Jordan's home unwelcome and shoved Jordan, provoking him to push back.
