Strictly fans fear show star has ‘secretly quit’ after ‘mentally checking out’ on last week’s show
STRICTLY Come Dancing fans think that pro Gorka Marquez is ready to quit after 'mentally checking out'.
Fans have been speculating about a 'secret exit' as they claimed the star appeared 'uninterested' in the show.
Gorka left the contest early this series after he and celeb partner, BBC Radio star Nikita Kanda, became the second couple to be booted.
Despite three dances on the show, Nikita and Gorka failed to impress the watchful eyes of the panel and found themselves heading home.
Now, fans of the popular show have suggested that Gorka has 'checked out' from the contest.
One fan even claimed that the 'exit' has been expected over the last few editions, writing: "As much as I hate to say it, Gorka has seemed mentally on his way out for a few series."

Another fan quickly agreed by commenting: "Yes I've thought the same. He should've been given a decent dancer this series really."
A third echoed: "I reckon Gorka is going to leave either this season or next season.
"Now hes got 2 kids at home as well as the dogs and Gemma, I know I would feel awful leaving 2 little ones and a partner at home for weeks on end."
Whilst a fourth speculated: "I felt like they gave him Nikita on purpose this year so he could have a bit of a paternity leave.

Gorka became a father of two earlier this year when his partner, former Strictly contestant Gemma Atkinson, welcomed the couple's second child together.
Gemma, 38, and the Strictly Come Dancing pro, 33, already have daughter Mia, three, together.
Pressures of Strictly's intense schedule have meant he's not been able to spend much time with his newborn son and fiancé, with Gemma admitting she's not seen Gorka in a month.
The Spanish pro has been a member of the show for the past eight years.
