Boris Johnson joining GB News as presenter and commentator – vowing to express his “frank opinions”
BORIS Johnson will be joining GB News as a presenter and commentator next year.
The former prime minister, 59, announced this afternoon that he will be making his debut on the controversial channel in the new year.
In a video posted to GB News' X account, Johnson pledged to express his “frank opinions” on current affairs and highlight Brexit's “immense opportunities”.
He said: “GB News is an insurgent channel with a loyal and growing following. I am excited to say I will be joining shortly – and offering my frank opinions on world affairs.”
“I will be talking about the immense opportunities for Global Britain, as well as the challenges, and why our best days are yet to come.”
He is thought to have made millions since his departure from office last year, primarily through corporate speeches, and has used his weekly Daily Mail column to criticise his successor Rishi Sunak over the handling of HS2 and Brexit.

While he was rebuked by anti-corruption watchdog Acoba over giving just 30 minutes notice ahead of his newspaper job, they have confirmed to that he was granted permission - a requirement for former ministers seeking new employment.
Johnson will be joining GB News at an unsteady time for the broadcaster, however, amid recent advertising boycotts.
Last month, presenters Dan Wootton, Laurence Fox and Calvin Robinson were suspended after misogynistic comments were made on-air by Fox.
It has since been confirmed Fox and Robinson will not be returning. Wootton's fate remains uncertain, however.
