James Lock opens up about new US girlfriend as he reveals truth behind ‘cheating’ scandal
JAMES Lock has opened up his romance with US star Moriah Jadea after being embroiled in a "cheating" scandal.
The ITVBe personality recently filmed The Challenge: Battle for a New Champion, over in the states in June.
He also addressed the "cheating" claims after it was reported that Moriah was said to be dating Johnny Bananas' Devenanzio, 41, when she met James while filming for the series in the summer.
James, 36, has now revealed that he plans on returning to the US to film the next series of the The Challenge.
The former Towie star said he would like to permanently move to the US to purse his romance with the US beauty and for his acting career.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, James said: "I'm linked to a girl called Moriah [Jadea].

"I met her on The Challenge, there is a bit of controversy around that.
"She lives in America and I live here, we still talk and are still friends but things can't progress if we're not around each other.
"I am going to the states because I'm looking to do the next series of The Challenge, I am looking to actually move out there and do more American shows.
"My dream is to be an actor, as much as Towie has helped me, it's also held me back because I'm always going to be known as Lockie from Towie.

"So I've gone over there as a fresh start and I'm trying to rebrand myself...watch this space.
"At the minute we are friends, she's a great girl, we had a romance, we lived together for two or three months on that show, everyday. It was very intense.
"There is a lot of chemistry."
The beauty was originally with Johnny 'Bananas' Devenanzio after the pair struck up a romance after last year's The Challenge.
It was said that the pair didn't hit it off straight away, but later they entered a "full-blown" relationship.
It has been claimed that the pair were still dating when James tuned Moriah's head.
Speaking about the rumoured infidelity, James said: "I can't comment on that, the main guy on that show is Johnny Bananas, like the Mark Wright of reality TV.
"She's come in but I don't know the ins and outs.
"When I've come out, I've found out more."
Bosses were aware of this, and Johnny is allegedly going to enter the competition as a 'mercenary'.
In the game, the mercenaries are players from previous seasons who can compete against the cast to take their money.

“Bananas is still scheduled to appear at some point as a mercenary!”
There are also claims that Johnny blocked Moriah on social media after the cheating scandal broke.
However, he then started following her again on social media after fans noticed.

James split from Megan Barton Hanson this year.
The pair were first romantically linked in 2021, but they have been on-and-off ever since.
