The shock exit of actress Amanda Abbington, 49, has left fans feeling robbed of a much-anticipated moment with Giovanni Pernice, 33.
Known for his spellbinding Halloween performances, Giovanni's absence from this year's episode has left fans yearning for the spine-tingling routines that have earned him a top spot on the leaderboard year after year.
Giovanni has consistently enchanted the Strictly audience with his sensational Halloween-themed performances.
After hearing the news, one fan took to X, formerly known as Twitter to write: "Before Giovanni gets to do his always amazing Halloween dance for the 2nd year in a row? Will be gutted if it's true".
Another fan added: "They should let him do a solo".

Fans have been left shocked after it was revealed the star had quit Strictly for good.
Amanda told her Instagram followers: "It is with deepest regret that I had to leave Strictly.
"I did not come to this decision easily or lightly but for personal reasons I am unable to continue.

"It was an absolute joy working with my fellow contestants, they are a beautiful, hardworking and talented group of people who I love and who I will miss seeing every Friday and Saturday and competing alongside."
Addressing the issue, on the Strictly spin-off show, It Takes Two, host Fleur East, told viewers: "We’ve received the news that Amanda is not returning to Strictly."
Reading out the official statement, she said: "Amanda Abbington is unable to continue in Strictly and has decided to withdraw from the competition.
"The show wishes her all the best for the future."
A short clip was then played of Amanda's best bits, as Fleur added: "Amanda, we are sending you all of our love."
