GAZ Beadle and Emma McVey are set to sell their million-pound mega mansion after their shock split.
The Geordie Shore star, 35, has revealed he has moved out of the giant house he has been renovating with Emma in Leeds.
Gaz is currently staying with his mother while looking for somewhere else to live, while Emma remains in the three-story property.
But it has been said that the couple are planning on selling their joint home in a bid to both have a fresh start.
An insider told The Sun: "The house is going on the market - even though they spent years making it perfect.
"Gary has already started looking for a new place and Emma will be too.

"They decided it was best if they both got a fresh start."
In a now-deleted Instagram Story, the dad-of-two said he is on the hunt for somewhere within "one hour's drive" of Leeds.
But Gary admitted his home city of Newcastle is "too far" for him to travel backwards and forwards to see his children 'in the week and on weekends' long-term.
Gaz confirmed on Monday afternoon that he and Emma have separated after an eight-year romance.

He wrote on Instagram: “We split three weeks ago.
"We are still friends, there is no bad blood or anything and we have worked out the best way of doing it for the kids, which for me and Emma is always going to be the most important thing.
“We both deserve to be happy as well as being parents.”
Gaz, who found fame as a Geordie Shore OG, started dating Emma in 2016 and announced his engagement with the model in 2019.
They tied the knot in 2021 in front of 90 guests and their kids in Cheshire.
Gaz rose to fame as one of the Geordie OGs more than a decade ago and went on to make a cool £4.6m.
After meeting Emma, he turned his back on his partying ways and became a devoted father to their two children, son Chester and daughter Primrose .
Talking quitting Geordie Shore after Chester was born, Gaz previously said: "I think you get to a point when you're like 'should I be doing this anymore? Am I too old?'
"I always knew that point would come around 30, and then Emma got pregnant and I was like 'yes! What a reason to leave Geordie Shore'."
