BBC Breakfast's Carol Kirkwood has relived the 'horrors' of her Strictly Come Dancing experience and admitted to her co-hosts 'it wasn't good'.
The weather reader didn't hold back when her co-stars Sally Nugent and Ben Thompson questioned her about her time on the BBC dance show.
On Tuesday morning's BBC Breakfast episode, presented by the duo, Carol was left red-faced after being quizzed about the 'horrors' she faced on the hit Strictly following the news of Amanda Abbington quitting the show.
Sally typically presents the morning news programme on the signature red sofa with her co-host, Jon Kay, from Monday to Wednesday, but for the second time in a row this week, the newsreader was replaced by Sunday host Ben.
During the programme, the newly acquainted hosts announced that Amanda Abbington had completely cut ties with Strictly, and Sally couldn't help but ask Carol, 61, about her time on the popular BBC One show.
While laughing, Ben said: "Shall we waltz over to the weather with Carol?"

Sally insisted: "Carol, can Waltz and Tango, and what else can you do? All of them."
At that point, a red-faced Carol put her hands on her head and cringed: "Oh my goodness, you're reminding me of the horrors of my scores! It was two or four on a good day! It wasn't good."
Carol was partnered with her former pro dancer, Pasha Kovalev, during her time on Strictly in 2015.
The weather woman survived the show until week seven before being eliminated after performing against EastEnders star Kellie Bright in a daunting dance-off.

While she was on the BBC One ballroom competition, the BBC presenter executed a range of ballroom classics, which included the Cha Cha Cha, the Foxtrot and the Rumba.
Carol's admission came after Strictly bosses confirmed that Sherlock star Amanda Abbington had exited the show due to medical issues, which Fleur East confirmed on the spin-off show It Takes Two.
She told viewers: "Amanda Abbington is unable to continue Strictly Come Dancing and has decided to withdraw from the competition.
The show wishes her all the best for the future."
A source told Daily Star: "The schedule is very gruelling, and after a series of setbacks on the show, she has simply decided, with regret, that it's the right thing to do."
It has been rumoured that a rift has formed between the actress and her dance partner, Giovanni Pernice.
However, the pair vehemently denied any form of altercation taking place during their appearance on It Takes Two last week.
BBC Breakfast airs daily from 6am on BBC One and iPlayer.
