DEMI Sims has shocked fans by unveiling a brand new face tattoo.

Towie alum Demi, 27, took to Instagram tonight where she posted a moody selfie for her followers to see.

But it was a cross below her right eye which drew attention.

With a full face of make-up applied, Demi looked gorgeous in the snap - in which she apeared to be topless.

Aside from the tatt on her stunning visage, she sported some delicate pieces of artwork across her chest.

The reality star wrote, "motions," in her caption along with a string of emojis.

Her latest inking seemed to go down a treat with devotees, with one commenting, "The Tat on the face is givinggggg I love it."

Another added, "LOVE your ink," while a third asked, "Are these real tattoos."

The glam star is no stranger to showing off her tats, and revealed some more recent additions while posing for a mirror selfie.

Demi snapped the daring shot with just her body in and opted for red floral lingerie.

She matched her nail polish with the underwear and had her Mon Cheri inking on show, which sits just above her belly button.

Tattoos could also be seen on the Towie star’s shoulder and hands.

Demi also has a huge tat on her back, and this year added to the inkings with one across her neck in italic font.
