Love Island’s Faye Winter heartbroken by death of ‘childhood friend’ as she pays tribute
LOVE Island star Faye Winter has been left utterly heartbroken by death of ‘childhood friend’.
The former ITV2 personality took to social media as she paid tribute to her longtime companion.
Faye, 28, posted an adorable picture of her late dog Blondie on her Instagram story as she announced her death.
Alongside the smiley beachfront snap as she enjoyed the sand, the Love Island star wrote an emotional essay as she paid tribute.
She wrote: "Yesterday we said goodbye to my longest childhood friend of 17 years.
"You would have been 18 next month, and what an incredible 17 years you gave us.

"You never wanted for anything, you came to us terrified of men and became our Dad's best friend.
"You loved unconditionally and gave everything right up until the end.
"Our hearts are broken and anyone that knows our family count you as part of it. We love you Blondie, go chase them Bunny's darling."
The reality star also admitted that her whole family has been affected by the loss of the pet as she thanked her personal vets for their support.
She added: "As a family we just want to say thank you to Chris and Natasha at @vets4petsuk in Newton Abbot.
"Their kindness and support over the last years and in her final moments has been unmatched, we have no words."
