Big Brother viewers blast bosses for ‘dumb and anticlimactic’ punishment as show rule is broken by housemates
BIG Brother fans branded the punishment given to Hallie Clarke and Olivia Young 'dumb and anticlimactic' after they broke house rules.
After the pair were caught writing in code on each others back, they were sentenced to 'Big Brother Jail' for two hours and 10 minutes.
One fan took to X, formerly Twitter, and wrote: "Give them a option... You can come out of jail now ....but if you do will be put up for eviction on Friday!!!".
Another fan tweeted: "Wrong call BB putting them in jail. They're getting too much airtime - they need to go home".
A third fan wrote: "Sending Hallie & Olivia to jail in the garden is a cop out @bbuk! They both should have been put up automatically for eviction next week! I can’t stand either of them especially Olivia!"
A final user added: "BB I think you should’ve also put Hallie & Olivia automatically up for the next set of nominations instead of just going to the jail in the garden!".

Yesterday, fans threatened to report this breach of show rules to Ofcom, with one fan taking to X to write: "Listen I will write to Ofcom over Hallie and Olivia".
Another fan added: "How do you complain to ofcom bc HALIE and KERRY keep breaking rules and talking about nominations all the fricken time".
Hallie, 18, and Olivia, 23, sang and danced in the Big brother prison cell whilst the housemates watched from inside.
Towards the end of their brief sentence, Hallie and Olivia burst into tears whilst they sat in torrential rain.
Housemate, Zak Srakaew, 28, was hurt after Big Brother revealed that Hallie called him the biggest game player through the secret code.
He said: "I know Hallie's a good girl but i feel like she's trying to do things to look cool."
