Olivia Bowen hits back at mum shamers after trolls tell her ‘don’t do that!’
LOVE Island's Olivia Bowen has responded to critics who shamed her for posting lingerie photos after becoming a mother.
The former Islander welcomed her son, Abel, in June of last year, with her spouse Alex Bowen, whom she met during her time on the show.
Olivia, 29, has encountered significant mum-shaming since becoming a parent.
While she used to express herself freely through her fashion choices, she now faces some disapproval from the audience.
Speaking to , she said: "People don't want women to be sexy and to be mothers, they want them to be either or.
"That just doesn't sit right with me. I feel that women deserve the right to feel however they want to feel regardless if they are a mum or not.

"That isn't the whole of you, you are not just a mother you are a person as well."
Olivia has continued to share body confident posts and model lingerie,
She added: "If you want to be confident and sexy, then you go and do that. I think that's what I have had issues with, 'oh you shouldn't be posting in underwear online'.
"I think it is such a narrow minded way of looking at someone. People would be like before, 'yeah wear your underwear online', but now I have become a mum they are like 'no don't do that'.

On Love Island, Olivia and Alex were one of the runner-up couples, with Cara De La Hoyde and Nathan Massey winning that series.
Olivia and Alex have remained a couple since their time on the show, maintaining their relationship throughout the years.
The couple had purchased a home and documented their decorating and renovation journey on Instagram.
