EastEnders’ Theo Hawthorne reveals gruelling project away from soap – admitting ‘I don’t know how I juggle it!’
WILLIAM Ellis has spoken out about his gruelling schedule as he balances filming EastEnders with another project.
The actor, who plays evil stalker Theo Hawthorne in the BBC soap, is also a competitive swimmer.
During a recent weekend out of Walford, William took on the exhausting challenge of completing a 65km swim around Jersey.
It took the soap star 9 hours and 52 minutes to complete the circuit around the island.
Now his next project is working towards swimming across the English Channel.
He spoke to the about his difficult work life balance, saying: "I still don’t know how I’ve managed this year to juggle all those things.

"I swam around Jersey - a 65km swim- only two weeks ago now.
"It was a question of making sure I joined the right gym that was close to set where I could go and get my swimming in after work."
"And a very patient wife I have to say who has managed my time schedule just as much as I do," he added.
The athlete raised funds for charity Amaze with his most recent swimming challenge.

The non-profit supports a cause that is close to his heart, as they provide support for families with disabled children.
William himself has a son who was born with Mowat-Wilson Syndrome and he wanted to give back to the charity who has been there to support his family through their struggles.
