Who is Olivia?

Olivia is a 23-year-old dancer from Glasgow.

She grew up watching Big Brother and has always said she would go on the show if it ever returned.

"I just think I fit the brief because I've got personality to sell and this is the best place for it," she said.

The dancer described herself as a "social being" and is excited to take part in a "totally surreal experience".

She also said she is "the type of person who is up for anything" and "the life and soul of the party".

Asked what she would do with the £100,000 cash prize if she won, she said: "I want a new car.

"I’m an idiot with money, so I'd probably put it somewhere safe where I can only access a small amount or else it will all be gone within the first 24 hours."

When did Big Brother start?

Big Brother kicked off on Sunday, October 8, 2023 - the first time in five years.

The series will be available nightly at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX - the show will not air on Saturdays.

It is hosted by AJ Odudu and Will Best.

They also front a new daily spin-off series called Big Brother: Late and Live which will air directly after the main show at 10pm.

Die-hard fans will get to binge the action from the house with live streaming available on ITVX until the early hours of the morning.

Ahead of the launch episode, AJ and Will gave audiences a stern warning beforehand.

Will said: "We are so excited to see what all our amazing housemates get up to this series.

"There's going to be ups and downs, twists and turns - it's going to be so great."

AJ agreed, adding: "It's going to be so so good, but please do remember that all our housemates are real people with real lives.

"If you wouldn't say anything to them in person, please watch out what you say to them online."
