Lorraine thrown into chaos as host disappears live on ITV
THE Lorraine show was thrown into chaos on Thursday as a live link faltered - causing a host to disappear off screen.
ITV anchor Lorraine Kelly, 63, was forced to improvise after US entertainment reporter Ross King, 61, froze while chatting from Los Angeles - before prematurely exiting off-screen completely.
Ross was chatting about a new James Bond-inspired game show before the tech mishap caused havoc.
Lorraine was taken aback and squealed "Ooh Ross," before she remarked: "Let's have a look at what's happening."
She was then forced to play out a clip of the series - where competitors take on James Bond-themed tasks - before Ross resumed his rightful place on Lorraine.
After he returned, the pair giggled about his image freezing on-screen before Lorraine joked: "It was scary."

The blunder came after the ITV show revealed the latest Dancing On Ice contestant.
Broadcaster Adele Roberts, 44, was revealed as the latest name for the ITV reality show.
Adele was diagnosed with bowel cancer two years ago and said she was "very lucky" to be "fit enough and well enough to do it."
She added: "That's why I wanted to do the show - I want to show what's possible with an ostomy.
"I feel like I am reclaiming my body back from cancer.
"I don't think I am there yet, but I am getting there."
Adele joins the 2024 line-up which includes S Club 7 singer Hannah Spearritt, actress Claire Sweeney, and athlete Greg Rutherford - who has already starred on BBC show Strictly Come Dancing.
