All the signs Love Island’s Jess and Sammy split in secret – from sudden Ibiza trip to shady TikTok posts
LOVE Island winners Jess Harding and Sammy Root have hit the skids after just three months - but the writing was already on the wall.
The couple are said to have called it quits in recent days, with an insider telling the Mail: "They're better off as friends."
However, eagle-eyed fans might have already noticed that Sammy and Jess were already over.
Here, we look at all the signs that they'd broken up...
ABSENT FRIENDS
Despite appearing to still be in a relationship, Jess and Sammy have not posed together for any social media pictures for weeks.
The last time they were snapped putting on a united front was at this year's National Television Awards, which took place in London three weeks ago.

Both Jess and Sammy shared a shot of themselves cosied up together on the red carpet on Instagram.
But since then, no more photographs of them together have emerged...
IBIZA ESCAPE
Just days ago, Jess boarded a plane and suddenly flew to Ibiza.
Fans on Instagram spotted that she was not accompanied on her trip by boyfriend Sammy and quickly began asking questions.

Alongside one snap of Jess posing in a black bikini on a day bed, one follower wrote: "So many people voted for you to win, the least you could do is give them an update on your relationship with Sammy."
Another said: "I was thinking that hope they haven’t [split]."
And someone else chimed in: "She went on Love Island and won. In the very public eye. We have every right to ask…she doesn’t have to answer."
Jess, obviously, remained tight-lipped and did not reply to her fans.
CRYPTIC TIKTOK
Sammy, 22, recently sent the rumour mill into overdrive after reposting a very cryptic video on TikTok.
The video featured the face of an unnamed woman and had the caption: "Men don't get jealous over someone hitting their gf up.
"They get jealous of the girl giving the guy hitting her up the attention he wants."
Fans were quick to spot that he had reposted it, with one writing on TikTok: "There's rumours that Jess & Sammy have split, as Jess is on holiday & Sammy has reposted 'jealousy' video."
Someone else wrote: "Speechless!"
PIN DROP
Jess, 22, ran the risk of giving away her breakup with Sammy after logging into Instagram and removing all her pinned posts that featured him.
She has also deleted all her highlighted stories with her fellow Love Island winner in.
One fan picked up on her cull, writing their observations on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"Jess has unpinned her pictures with sammy and deleted her sammy highlights 2 months after leaving the villa as boyfriend and girlfriend," she said.
NO PLANS
As winners of Love Island 2023, Sammy and Jess were awarded a whopping £50,000 to share between them.
But bizarrely, they made no plans about how to spend it or what to do together once outside of the villa.
Speaking at The Sun's Who Cares Wins awards last month, the couple said the only thing they were planning on doing was on returning to their own jobs.
They also insisted they had no intention of moving in together.

Sammy said: "We’ve been on a holiday together but other than that you don’t really get much time. We’re both very, very busy.”
When asked about spending their winnings, beautician Jess chipped in: "It’s still so early, I feel like we just haven’t had any time to do that."
