ADAM Collard chased his new love interest Laura Woods for MONTHS - after setting his sights on the sports presenter.
The Love Island star even slid into former talkSPORT host Laura's DMs before his stint on Celebs Go Dating.
Adam, 27, was accused of having a "showmance" on the hit E4 show with OnlyFans model Lottie Moss.
They had an on/off relationship during filming - but it swiftly ended once the cameras stopped rolling.
Meanwhile we can reveal he was telling pals how much he fancied Laura, 36.
A source told The Sun: "Adam openly spoke about his infatuation with Laura, frequently saying how hot she was and how much he fancied her.

"He's admired her for a long time as a fan, but was determined to meet her and work his magic.
"He tried to get her attention by sliding into her DMs - even when he had Celebs Go Dating on the cards.
"Adam is of course used to being able to get any girl he wants, but it took months to woo Laura."
While the pair have not confirmed they are officially an item, Adam and Laura appeared to tease fans with snaps of their romantic weekend away together in St. Ives, Cornwall.

Laura - who now hosts TNT Sports - grinned as she jumped on a mystery man's back with the caption: "Great company recommended too."
This comes after Laura was spotted enjoying a low-key date with Adam last month.
In another post, Laura can be seen enjoying a drink in a hot tub while showing off her curvy bottom.
Adam also shared a series of snaps and videos as he thanked the Carbis Bay Estate in the area for their hospitality.
Meanwhile, Laura uploaded a snap of her dinner from the venue on Sunday evening as she wrote: "Can we do food porn for a min?"
She later added: "This place was dreamy if you're in St. Ives any time soon..."
The TV stars are understood to have enjoyed a secret pub date in September.
They were seen looking cosy at the Black Bull pub in Trimdon, Co Durham.
The presenter had revealed back in July that she had started dating again after ending her eight-year relationship with former rugby player Alex Corbisiero.
She explained: "It was my decision — it was the right one and I’ve never regretted it.
"We’d lived in each other’s pockets and breaking up with him felt like coming up for air. I am single but I’m also dating."
Meanwhile Adam has enjoyed romances with Zara McDermott and Paige Thorne after two stints on Love Island.
