MARRIED At First Sight groom Thomas Kriaras has revealed his impressive body transformation in a sexy selfie.
The E4 contestant, 27, - who Married At First Sight viewers are witnessing having struggles forming a romantic attachment to wife Rozz Darlington, 28 - has clearly seen huge success in the gym.

The Wiltshire-based star admitted he "doesn't recognise myself" after flashing his ripped figure with a clearly defined six-pack and biceps.
Thomas took to his Instagram page to upload the before and after snaps.
The before image saw him sporting a smart black suit with a grey T-Shirt while the after, and current, version showed him topless in his kitchen showcasing his lean figure.
To accentuate his muscles, he performed a bicep curl on his left arm while holding his phone for his mirror selfie in his right hand.

In his lengthy caption, he wrote: "I don’t recognise myself sometimes when I look back at old photos of myself.
"On the left was me five years ago, looking for a new suit for my graduation and that was the only one that’d fit my small frame.
"On the right is me now, the strongest I’ve ever been.
"After doing a Q&A today, I had a lot of people asking me what I would have done differently if I could go back. I would’ve made sure I continued being my best self instead of letting myself become unhappy and unfit.

He left fans guessing as to whether he and florist Rozz would eventually find their spark.
Fans were previously left baffled after the pair revealed they had had sex - in an attempt to ascertain if they had feelings for one another.
They previously watched as Thomas and Rozz jetted off for a very awkward honeymoon to Austria.
Additionally, Thomas exclusively revealed to The Sun how he wanted to quit the series because of "manipulative" castmates - after what some branded the "most cringeworthy" wedding ever.
Yet while he is tight-lipped about how far he and Rozz make it in the experiment, and whether they are still together, he credits her with helping him get his mojo back.
"I wouldn't have got through it without Rozz," he insists. "She gave me my spark back. I have to give her credit for that, and I feel really blessed.
