Love Island’s Casa Amor star reveals he’s already back at ‘normal job’ saying ‘I missed getting up at 5am’
LOVE Island's Benjamin Noel - who was one of the lads in Casa Amor - is back at work saying: "I've missed my 5ams."
Benjamin owns a fitness business called Bootcamp 42, where he works as a boot camp leader and a PT.

Benjamin joined the Love Island 2023 Casa Amor line-up just this past summer. However, he failed to find love and was forced to leave the villa at the recoupling.
Prior to the show, he had a structure and a routine, which he's now returned to.
He took to Instagram with the caption: " I’ve missed my 5am’s. Honestly I know most will think ‘shatapp’ you’re a liar! 😴
"But for me waking up at this hour and starting the day with productivity ( work and training) gives me a massive sense of achievement early doors 🎉

"Give it a go! Try early wake ups, doesn’t have to be 5am but a time where you can maybe get a task you need / want to do, before work."
On Benjamin's fitness website, he stated: “Personal fitness is my passion and my pride."
Although he didn't find love on the show, he seems to be in high spirits doing what he enjoys.
Reflecting on his time on the show, Benjamin said on Instagram: "One thing I learnt whilst being away on Love Island, how good it feels to live in the moment with no thought process, other than taking in what is right in front of you.
