A FORMER Hollyoaks star has quit fame and launched a very different career from showbiz.
Billy Price shot to fame when he starred in the Channel 4 soap as Sid Summer in 2019.

Although his role on the show was originally meant to be a guest appearance, his character was promoted to a series regular.
Billy, 23, was involved in a drug dealing storyline with the troubled youngster having one of his legs amputated after being run over by Peri Lomax.
His character departed Hollyoaks last year after Billy decided to quit the show.
But nowadays the actor has set up his own business which specialises in socks and other clothing items.

He also sells t-shirts, jumpers, tracksuits and even sports towels.
Before starring in Hollyoaks and becoming a businessman Billy worked on a number of big projects.
He started his career when he was just a youngster, treading the boards in a series of theatre productions.

Billy had even eyed up another part in rival soap EastEnders.
Billy confessed: “I actually auditioned for EastEnders. I auditioned for Bobby Beale.
The actor added that he’d also been seen for the role of Hunter, as he continued: “I’ve been for so many EastEnders auditions! They’re so lovely over there.”
