The series followed British citizens who migrated to Australia after the Second World War.

It starred Michelle, 36, alongside Faye Marsay and Warren Brown and consisted of six episodes.

But during an appearance on Zoe Ball‘s BBC Radio 2 show this morning, Michelle said she wasn’t sure what was happening about a second series.

Zoe asked: “Will there be more Ten Pound Poms as people really enjoyed that?”

Michelle replied: “Er…I don’t know if I’m allowed to say!

“Maybe, maybe not. I don’t know.”

When Zoe said that “wasn’t a no”, Michelle responded again: “Maybe, we don’t know.

“I always say things and get myself in trouble. [But] I hope there is anyway.”

Meanwhile, Michelle will next be seen on screen in series five of hit Sky One comedy, Brassic.
