CORONATION Street’s new Rovers Return boss has made a shocking decision after closing the iconic pub.
The boozer was taken over by Waterfords who promptly kicked Jenny and her staff out with barely any notice.
In tonight’s episode they were forced to pack up and leave - but they were offered the chance to re-apply for a new role - deputy manager.
After initially declining, Jenny thought that if she got the job, she could rehire all her staff.
But after throwing a blowout and letting the regulars drink for free, Jenny had clearly made a mistake.
Asking to apply for the demotion of deputy manager, Jenny met with one of the bosses from Waterfords.

“Deliveries, stock control, running a kitchen, events…” Jenny said listing her abilities.
“Stock control?” the manager said, cutting her off.
“There wasn’t much control of the stock last night. You and your friends had pretty much drunk the place dry.”
Jenny replied: “Sorry about that, but you know, people have lost their jobs. Everyone’s been very stressed and in the circumstances, I’m sure you can understand why we had a bit of a blow out…”

But he did not. Instead he told her: “You’re lucky we don’t bill you for the costs.”
Giving up, Jenny said: “I’m wasting my time, aren’t I? Fair enough.
“But listen, this is on me. I told people they could fill their boots so there’s no reason to take it out on anyone else.”
And he then turned nasty, telling her: “Neither you nor any members of your staff will ever be employed by Waterfords ever again. And if I see you on the premises, I will call the police.”
Fans are in shock at the move.
One wrote: "Jenny is officially not allowed to set foot in the Rovers, otherwise the police will get involved!"
A second said: "Oh dear Jenny!"
Another added: "Part of me is still really hopeful that Jenny will get her pub back."
