Stacey Solomon claps back at troll on Instagram after being shamed for posting her morning fitness routine

STACEY Solomon clapped back at an online troll after she shared her morning fitness regime.

The mum-shaming incident came just a day after the Loose Women panelist, 33, was called out over her Halloween decorations.

The latest video to spark the attention of keyboard bullies saw mum-of-five Stacey donning lilac shorts and a baggy crop top as she ran on a treadmill.

While one fan gushed "super mama" an aggravated Instagram user ranted: "I'm presuming you're going to do a keep fit video.

"I thought you keep it real."

Stacey took the chance to reply straight back, as she put: "You presume wrong Linda.

"I just want to be strong. I deserve that!"

Another fan then joked: "Ohh come on Stace dont be a spoil sport we all want that fitness DVD."

One then mused: "Can’t she work out and do something for herself with u jumping to conclusions."

The video gave a glimpse of Stacey's home gym, her kids sleeping and her shower routine.

She wrote in the caption: "Spend the morning with me.

"Even though it’s the evening now. I’ll be honest I don’t know why I made this.

"I really like watching other peoples. Just to be clear I don’t do this every morning, each day is different tbh.

"I certainly don’t run this far every day made myself sick just trying to look fit for the gram.

"Anyway if you make it through this video you’re a trooper love you all."

Earlier this week, the much-adored ITV star came under fire for using plastic in her Halloween decorations.

Stacey - who is a favourite with Instagram followers for her savvy home improvements and crafts - recently showcased her "misty cauldron" design.

She was accompanied by son Rex, four - who she shares with husband Joe Swash, 41 - as they created the misty treat which "makes the whole room small amazing too."

Yet trolls were quickly out in force, with one writing: "This is great but what happens to all the plastic one Halloween is over?"

The star shares youngest children Rex, Rose, one, and Belle who was born in February with Joe.

Her boys Zachary, 15, and 11-year-old Leighton are from previous relationships.

Recently, online bullies took fire at her decision to take her kids on a luxury holiday.
