Paul Hollywood marries pub landlady Melissa Spalding at luxury hotel in Cyprus – watched by Bake Off co-star
PAUL Hollywood has married pub landlady Melissa Spalding.
The 57-year-old TV favourite wed the 39-year-old a hotel in Cyprus surrounded by their nearest and dearest – including Paul’s Bake Off co-host Prue Leith.
The couple are said to have picked to say I do at a chapel at the luxury hotel.
According to the the bash started yesterday afternoon with a ceremony before a party late into the night.
Paul lived in Cyprus during the 1990s and previously worked at the venue's sister hotel as head baker.
They were joined by 75 guests, including Prue, who enjoyed a break at the hotel prior to the wedding.

A source said: “It was a very tasteful and stylish wedding and the hotel management really pulled out all the stops to make it a memorable day. There was a very lively party with loud music and lots of drinking that went on until late into the night.
“Paul is very close to the hotel owners and they made sure that everybody had a great time. He loves Cyprus and it was a wonderful setting for what was a beautiful occasion.”
Paul and Melissa were seen relaxing on the beach ahead of their big day.
The Bake Off judge has been dating the landlady since 2019, after he split with Summer Monteys-Fullam.

Paul is said to be close to the family who own the five star venue, having worked at their other hotel in Phaphos, which they also own, back in the 1990s.
That was when he met his now ex-wife Alexandra, who was a scuba diving instructor.
They wed in 1998, but split in 2017 after he admitted cheating.
