THE Chase viewers claimed ITV "missed" a Chaser's apparently wrong answer that cost a player's jackpot win.
Bradley Walsh hosted the ITV gameshow and welcomed three new players to the stage.
Gavin competed against "The Sinnerman" Paul Sinha for the chance to win a jaw-dropping £90,100 cash prize.
But sadly, the contestant lost out on huge prize in a tense round after Paul answered his final question correctly with one second remaining in the game.
But ITV viewers were sceptical, pointing out that when asked about One Direction, Paul said "Ian Payne" when the correct answer should have been "Liam Payne."
One fan wrote: "I'm sure I just heard him say Ian Payne?"
