Victoria, Ian and Paul will be joined by as yet to be revealed faces to deliver their takes on that week's news.

The show launched on BBC Two back in 1990 before it was upgraded to airing on BBC One at the turn of the millennium where is has remained since.

The 66th series will run for six episodes taking the show into November 2023.

Guest hosts on the last series of the programme included BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty, Mastermind host Clive Myrie, Black Mirror creater Charlie Brooker and Channel 4 star Steph McGovern.

In the latest series of the show, Clive Myrie found himself axed from his News At Ten role over comments he made about Boris Johnson whilst fronting the programme.

The decision to pull Clive off the air was made at the last minute by content chief Charlotte Moore.

Clive made a number of references to Boris on the programme including a jibe at his recent resignation in his opening speech on the show.

Referring to regular footage from photographers of Boris out jogging with his dog near his home, Clive said on the panel show: "After being found by the House of Commons committee to have lied repeatedly, Boris Johnson takes the opportunity to deny that he’s ever been jogging or has a dog."

An insider revealed to  that it was not a specific joke which prompted Clive to be axed from his presenting role but more concern over appearing on the two shows in quick succession.
